Instant Replacement Policy

All Crafted Crochet patterns are instant digital downloads, so we’re unable to offer traditional refunds once a file has been delivered. That said, we want every maker to have a pattern that works.

If your download link doesn’t work

If your download link fails, the file won’t open, or you never received your confirmation email, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll resend the files or issue a replacement download at no charge.

If you downloaded the wrong pattern

Reach out within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll help you swap it for the correct pattern where possible.

How to request a replacement

Email us at contact.craftedcrochet@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
